Under the patronage of the special services, a brilliant psychiatrist creates a shock detachment of revolutionary saboteurs from the patients of his clinic. As part of the final preparation, a "field operation" is planned, the purpose of which should be local destabilization under the control of counterintelligence. However, a psychiatrist obsessed with the "prophet complex" actually arbitrarily changes the plan of the operation and instead of a local operation, a detachment of revolutionaries explodes the situation in Moscow, which leads to irreparable political consequences.
