The textbook presents the main ideas of modern colloidal chemistry as physical chemistry of dispersed and colloidal systems and solutions of high molecular weight compounds. Particular attention is paid to the enormous practical importance of colloidal chemistry, closely related to production processes - flotation and enrichment of ores, strengthening of rubbers and plastics, tanning of leather, dyeing of fabrics, food technology, etc.
