When selecting words, the editors paid great attention to socio-economic and political terminology and included in the dictionary foreign words found in the works of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin. These terms are given a more detailed explanation, but the editors do not believe that this dictionary can replace a dictionary of political terms or an encyclopedic reference book.
