This book introduces to the readers the writer's rich experience in Qigong practice by explaining to them the theory of self-controlled Qigong practice, the five basic Qigong patterns, the cancer-treating Qigong pattern, the hypertension-treating Qigong pattern, the massaging Qigong pattern, and some specific deviation-rectifying methods. To help the readers "suit the remedy to the case", some prescriptions for and case studies of some common diseases are arranged at the end of the book. Most of the cases reflect the writer's own experience in Qigong practice.
