The collection includes materials from the anniversary historical and archaeological seminar dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of D. ya. Samokvasov, who began the study of Slovenian-Russian antiquities of the Northern Left Bank. On the basis of various sources, most of which are first introduced into scientific circulation, the main milestones of the scientist's life path are covered with the book, D. I's contribution is analyzed. Samokvasov in the study of ancient Russian settlements and villages and their necropolises, memorable architecture, the history of the law of Ancient Russia and the like.
