July 2012 marked the anniversary of the assassination of General L.Ya. Rokhlin. Together with V.I. Ilyukhin, he created the Movement in support of the army and the defense complex; in the spring of 1998, Rokhlin first organized a military conspiracy to overthrow Yeltsin, and then tried to raise a mass protest movement in the country.
