The purpose of this work is to reconstruct in the context of the history of science and technology the processes of formation and manifestation of the conceptual and practical aspects of the activities of A.P. Ershov, A.A. Lyapunov and Yu.B. Rumer, revealing the historical role and modern significance of their scientific heritage in the formation and development of the world, domestic and regional sectors of science.
