The publication continues a series of photo-documentary albums dedicated to prominent figures of the Communist Party and the Soviet state, their lives and activities. Photographs, documents, reproductions of works of fine art, memoirs of contemporaries and a short commentary acquaint readers with the life and work of K. E. Voroshilov, a student and ally of V. I. Lenin, a prominent party and statesman, one of the organizers and builders of the Soviet Armed Forces. Many photos are published for the first time.
