The book contains a systematic description of the phonetics, morphology and syntax of the Old Uzbek language (XIV-XVI centuries). The historical circumstances of the formation of this language are also analyzed, an overview of the history of its study is given. Among the auxiliary materials there is a section on Old Uzbek versification.
