The book contains information on microcircuits developed by the Technological Center research and production complex and intended for use in space equipment. Information is given on basic and basic matrix crystals developed and mastered in production, which are the basis for the development of specialized microcircuits. Commercially available semi-order and custom microcircuits for general use are described in detail.
