The album contains photographs of the military photojournalist of Leningradskaya Pravda David Mikhailovich Trakhtenberg, who captured the central highway of Leningrad - Nevsky Prospekt - during the blockade (1941-1944) and in peacetime. D.M. Trachtenberg worked in difficult conditions: in frost and bad weather, in hunger, under fragments of bursting shells and bombs.
