The book outlines the theoretical foundations of external ballistics of artillery shells and bullets. Information on the forces and moments acting on the projectile in flight is given, a methodology for compiling differential equations of motion of the projectile as a solid body is given. To solve these equations, a method of successive approximations is proposed. Analytical and numerical methods of solving the main problem of external ballistics using computers are considered.
