Fundamentals of nanosystem physics are outlined. The properties of superlattices, transport phenomena in low-dimensional systems, optical properties of nanostructures, quantum phenomena in a magnetic field are discussed. The prospects for creating various nanoelectronics and molecular electronics devices are analyzed.
