The material of the training manual is based on the latest approaches to environmental monitoring. The basics of instrumental methods of xenobiotic monitoring in natural environments are described. Special sections are devoted to the control of air, water, soil and food pollution parameters. A modern approach to the issues of rationing anthropogenic impacts on the technosphere and methods for their assessment is given. Methods for predicting the state of the technosphere using mathematical models are considered.
