The proposed collection includes documents and materials from the largest German and Russian archives selected by the performers of the scientific project of the same name supported by the Russian Science Foundation, which together are designed to most fully disclose the political and strategic content of the plans of the Third Reich in relation to the USSR. The documents cover the context of the formation, the development process and the political and economic background of the German plans for expansion to the East from the late 1920s. before the start of World War II; actually military plans of aggression and, finally, the process of planning the plunder of the territory of the USSR and the enslavement of the Soviet people.
