The first three chapters of the book give a concept of human races from the point of view of Soviet anthropology, deal with issues related to the origin and development of races, provide evidence of their biological equivalence. The fourth chapter is busy criticizing racism, the modern false doctrine of "higher" and "lower" races. The last chapter is devoted to the equality of races and nations in the USSR.
