The monograph is devoted to the problem of formation, prevention and correction of professional burnout in medical workers. Original educational programs for students of medical universities, interns and doctors are proposed, as well as psychotherapeutic strategies and techniques aimed at preventing and correcting burnout syndrome are described. In the medical literature of post-Soviet countries, this is the first monographic study in this area.
