For the first time in Russia, two fundamental books of the largest historian of the Russian diaspora G.V. Vernadsky (1887-1973) are published: "The Experience of the History of Eurasia" (1934) and "Links of Russian Culture" (1938). They show that in its ethnic, historical, economic, legal and cultural development, Russia has never been and is not part of Western civilization, but has its own trajectory, bringing it closer to its eastern neighbors no less than to Europe.
