The book is devoted to the consideration of the problems of the theoretical basis of scientific psychiatry - general psychopathology. The collection includes the following works by N.N. Pukhovsky: "Psychopathological consequences of emergencies," "Criminal psychopathology and penitentiary psychiatry." The works are devoted to the preliminary formulation of the idiosyncratic concept of psychopathological phenomena and are accompanied by excursions into the field of cybernetics, systemology and control theory. The danger of psychopathological consequences of emergency situations for society is especially emphasized.
