Graphic Interiors explores the original, provocative, and utterly contemporary spaces created by graphic designers collaborating with architects. Firms such as Pentagram and Peter Saville blur the distinction between the disciplines with the design of offices, bars, clubs, retail outlets, and residential interiors. In the process, they jettison conventional perceptions of space by transmuting graphics into three dimensions, tapping into a proliferating digital technology, and engaging in a cross-cultural fertilization of ideas.
