The book presents the basic concepts of the theory of transient circuitry necessary for the development of a new element base for supercomputers of various types. The theory of transient circuitry is distinguished by a new component concept for the synthesis of nanostructures, in which the minimum component for the synthesis of circuits is not a transistor, but a material and a transition (bond) between materials.
