"Conversations about thinking" are conversations about philosophy, considered by the author not as an academic discipline, but as an act that can be performed in universal life situations, an act of thought as an event in the world. This understanding of thinking involves paying attention to the most elusive layer of thought, which, nevertheless, forms the basis of its inclusion in real processes of movement and the establishment of the meaning of human life and history - namely, the figurative, or symbolic, layer of thinking; some social and cultural processes and events are also considered in this aspect.
