Mennonites, representatives of one of the oldest Protestant churches, during the period of Stalinism were consistent opponents of the policy of Sovietization and secularization. The documentary publication, thematically continuing the annotated list of documentary sources published in 2006 on the history of Mennonites in Siberia in the 1920-1980s, includes archival documents of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks(b), the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Central Executive Committee, the Cheka-GPU-OGPU-NKVD and NKID, as well as local party and Soviet bodies devoted to the history of Mennonite "religious" cooperation in the 1920s, the emigration of Mennonites from the USSR in 1929-1930. and repression of Mennonites in the 1930s.
