It seems that the previous rules of world politics no longer work today. After Kosovo and the "color revolutions," after Georgia was "forced to peace" and Crimea joined Russia, the political landscape changed radically. Nobody is ready for the new rules. There are no new ones at all. Old - no longer. There is nothing to revise, nothing to even violate. One can only guess what the future world will become. This book is one of the first attempts to comprehend the global political processes of the past few years and outline the possible principles of a new international policy.
