This means that the essence of art, as one of the activities of a public person, is a specifically expressed set of social relations. In short, art is not apolitical. This seemingly indisputable formula has, alas, and still defend the argumentation with great pressure. Often it is accepted as a declarative premise, with which, in fact, the artist's understanding of the world remains, however, in no way linked.
