The paper analyzes the problems associated with determining the changed place in the emerging multipolar world of the developing states of Asia and Africa, their international relations, considered in conjunction with the problems of modern world politics (security, poverty, ecology). Analyzed issues of regionalization and globalization of the developing world; shows regional slices of world politics (Asian, Middle Eastern and African); revealed the growing international political role of China, India, Turkey, Iran and the Arabian monarchies and their influence on regional and world processes.
