The book examines the ideological foundations of liberalism, its human-affirming orientation, humanistic values ​ ​ that dominate the Western world and are slowly gaining global shrouds. The historical evolution of liberalism has been traced, the specifics of its modern forms, in particular post-socialist, have been revealed, which directly concerns the extremely necessary transformations of Ukrainian society.
