The monograph presents twisted, braided and semi-woven belts, hand weaving techniques on planks and weaving on berdyshka. With all the wealth and variety of decorative and applied art of the peoples of Russia, there is, perhaps, not a single historical or local history museum where samples of folk patterned fabric would not be presented. This issue will talk about different techniques for hand weaving belts and braids.
