The book discusses the calculation of frequency multipliers on ordinary and ceramic-metal lamps, transistors, nonlinear resistances and capacitances. Based on a detailed analysis of energy ratios in one stage of the multiplier, issues of matching the stages to each other are investigated, the maximum efficiency of the stage and its dependence on circuit parameters are determined. Disclosed is a method of calculating side frequencies in multi-stage frequency multipliers.
