This book is a sequel to Reflections on Personal Development, the only collection by business guru Yitzhak Adizes in which he discusses "personal" non-business topics with the reader. These notes and essays are not the results of research or the presentation of theories, but essays and impressions that arose due to the exceptional openness of the whole world, given to the author by his occupation.
