The book describes the technology of cellular poultry keeping as a system of intensive poultry farming. A description of the breeds of chickens most suitable for cellular content is given, a description of various designs of cell batteries for chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese and quails is given. Compared to the first edition (1968), the book significantly expanded sections on the cellular cultivation of broilers and reproduction in chicken cells.
