All major sections of the general meteorology course are included. Much attention is paid to the construction of fairly complete physical models of atmospheric processes and phenomena of weather-forming importance. Experimental data are widely involved and their theoretical analysis is given. When building the theory of processes, the main attention is paid to the physical formulation of problems and the analysis of the initial equations and calculation results.
