The collection contains letters reported to Stalin in the last period of his life. The documents were revealed in Stalin's personal fund and archival funds of party and state structures on the basis of summaries of letters reported to Stalin, which were compiled in the Special Sector of the Party Central Committee. Letters and statements reflect the mass mood in the USSR in the 1950s, as well as the level of awareness of Soviet leaders, primarily Stalin, about these sentiments.
