The book introduces the reader to the treasures of centuries-old German culture. The cultural history of Germany, comprehensively covering philosophy and literature, music and theater, fine art and architecture, has not yet been written. The task of this book is much more modest: to give a general idea of ​ ​ the most significant and interesting cultural phenomena in Germany - from mythology to the present day.
