The presented textbook presents a panorama of the development of architecture in the first half of the 20th century. In it, domestic (including Soviet) architecture is considered in the broad context of world architecture. The main theoretical material of the textbook is supplemented by numerous illustrations, detailed captions to them, chronological "tapes of time" and short biographies of prominent architects of the century.
