The book is dedicated to modern nanoelectronics in the concept of "bottom - up." A generalized model of electron transport and heat transfer in micro- and nanoelectronics, equally suitable for 0D, 1D, 2D and 3D resistors of arbitrary scale, characterized by any predetermined dispersion and operating in ballistic, diffusion and intermediate modes, is considered in detail. In the first part, classical transport is considered, and in the second - quantum, including the beginnings of spintronics, magnetronics and molecular electronics, based on the method of non-equilibrium Green functions in the matrix representation up to the quantum nature of the classics. The book is intended primarily for students, undergraduates, graduate students and teachers of universities of natural sciences, both physicists, chemists, and future electrical engineers.
