"Anarchy and Chaos" is a book about the dashing nineties and the role played by criminals in the events of that time. The work "The Criminal Revolution in Russia in 1990" is complemented by a selection of texts devoted to various "Robingudov" plots of Russian history: in the first selection, criminal elements appear on the side of the exploiters, in the second - on the side of the oppressed.
