The proposed book consists of one hundred and fifty recipes for first courses - broths, mushroom, fish, filling soups, etc., prepared from the set of products that are available in any store and for the implementation of which gastronomic delicacies are not needed. The installation of "ordinary" first courses seems justified to the compilers, however, we believe that soups that meet high gastronomic requirements can be prepared from the simplest products. The recipes collected under the cover of this book can be an invaluable help in preparing a home dinner for every day, especially when the wallet is not happy with the availability of money.
