The book examines the factors underlying the formation of the American strategy of indirect interventions in third world countries, based on collusion with drug business leaders. This strategy was originally designed to contain Communist China in the late 1940s. Since then, it has been regularly used by the United States in order to maintain control over energy resources located abroad.
