The book examines the basic laws of the process of removing water from peat in the factory, depending on the forms of communication with the solid phase. The basics of heat and mass exchange in the processes of drying wet materials are briefly described. The book is intended as a teaching aid for students of peat faculties of polytechnic institutes.
