The book describes the principles and methods of a systematic approach to objects and phenomena of various nature and universal systemic laws to which the functioning of most natural and social systems obeys. An attempt was made from a systemic point of view to get answers to some vital questions generated by nature, society, technology, to understand what controls natural and social processes.
