The overthrow of the rule of the bourgeoisie and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat eliminates the obstacles to the consumer ability of the working masses and makes it possible to implement a planned economy. Any talk about the possibility of implementing a planned economy under capitalism is, at best, an illusion, and, as a rule, conscious demagogy. The propaganda of the planned economy serves the bourgeoisie to cover the class essence of state intervention in the capitalist economy, to cover the fact of enriching the financial oligarchy at the expense of other classes and adapting the entire economy to the needs of the approaching war.
