This collection includes articles and speeches by V.I. Lenin on the revolutionary women's movement and the struggle for the emancipation of women. The collection also includes a number of articles and excerpts from the major works of V.I. Lenin, characterizing the unbearably difficult, powerless position of a working woman in a capitalist society. Articles and speeches in the collection are printed in chronological order. At the end of the collection, two letters from V.I. Lenin to Inessa Armand are published, written in January 1915 in response to the plan sent to Lenin by the brochure for workers conceived by Inessa Armand. These letters are the most valuable document of the communist worldview on such issues of life and life of workers as family and marriage.
