The book describes forty years of experience in training youth leaders of a humanistic orientation from among socially gifted children in one of the country's first Regional Psychological School. (The psychological school of leaders was founded in the 1960s in Kursk by professors L.I. Umansky, A.S. Chernyshev and their students and works continuously to date.) Among the pupils of the school there are many famous leaders in various spheres of the national economy.
