The crimes of the Nazis are not separate episodes, but a deliberate system. Fascists know that they are surrounded by hatred of peoples, they are not sure about the future. They, through the mouth of Hitler himself, said that only cruelty could still save them. You can't talk about law with fascism. Is it possible to imagine that a bloodthirsty predator can be restrained by norms and rules developed to reduce the suffering and disasters of mankind?
