It is officially announced that every Russian school should have a chess circle. Our series of books provides the teacher and students with tested methodological material for the work of such a circle. This problem book is dedicated to playing the simplest endgames - the basis of chess skill. Without the ability to accurately play such endings, it is impossible to become a qualified chess player. The book contains the most important three- and four-figure endgames. Most of the positions are positions in which a white figure fights against black (with kings). In such positions, the student learns to put into practice the entire arsenal of tactical techniques. Books of this series were officially recommended by the US Chess Federation.
