This brochure contains mainly general instructions on measures to combat provocation and espionage and on the methods of disintegration of communist parties used by the class enemy. It goes without saying that different levels of class struggle, different levels of the communist movement in individual countries, different forms of this movement, different methods of suppressing this movement on the part of the bourgeoisie of different countries - do not allow us to develop any general code of measures in this direction.
