The basis of this collective monograph is the previously developed three-level system of integrated rehabilitation treatment (SVL) of patients with rheumatic diseases (RD) with articular pathology of the upper and lower extremities using high-tech operational, conservative and medical methods. A feature of SVL is the fact that patients are divided into 3 groups in accordance with the pathogenesis of autoimmune, degenerative and disturbed metabolic-rheumatic diseases and are admitted for treatment against the background of their constant anti-rheumatic drug therapy (AMT).
