Near the city near Moscow stands an old, dilapidated estate, on which, as they say, the ghost of the Mistress wanders. The hostess does not tolerate an invasion of her territory, but Julia and her friends did not know the legend of the estate, and therefore spent a fun evening there. Soon one of her friends is found dead in the very estate, Julia herself begins to feel someone's frightening presence nearby, and a new neighbor shows an unexpected interest in both her and the murder. Will she be able to understand what is happening before the Mistress of the old house comes for her?
