Logistics management of the transport company is shown from the perspective of a process-oriented approach. The production and commercial activities of enterprises were consistently considered, a new approach was proposed in management using system analysis and taking into account the human factor. Particular attention is paid to the financial aspects of management and investment activities of the enterprise.
